Senior Lettings Negotiator Leigh-on-Sea Essex
Our clients are a one-branch privately owned business that have been established for over 15 years in the lovely town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
A family run business with a close-knit team who deliver exceptional service to customers who are seeking to either sell or let their property in and around Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
They are a very busy office and are seeking to expand their team to deal with the increase in current enquiries.
As an experienced SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR (Estate Agent) you will enjoy the following: -
A basic salary of between up to £20,000 per annum depending on previous experience
A commission package that is uncapped and we would expect you to be earning around £30,000 per annum in your first year
A five-day working week to include every Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week
Real career progression opportunities to grow the managed portfolio and eventually run the Lettings department

Holidays – plus Bank Holidays
Working directly with the owners of the business and working within a friendly and close-knit team who all support each other to maximise business.
We are seeking a candidate who HAS the CURRENT following experience, skills and attributes: -
MUST have a minimum of one years’ experience in Letting property
Full UK driving license and own car for business use
Be very well presented and able to confidently deal with Landlords and Tenants both face to face and over the telephone
Be able to accompany tenants on viewings
Be able to negotiate offers and tie up lettings in a professional and confident way
MUST be totally customer focused and continue the reputation of the business within Leigh on Sea
