Estate Agency Branch Administrator Brentwood Essex PT
Our clients are a very successful market leading Estate Agency and Lettings business that have been established over 35 years based in Brentwood, Essex.
They are now seeking an experienced Estate Agency Administrator/Secretary – PART TIME!
On offer is: -
2-4 days per week which is flexible (16 - 32 hours a week)
Based in Brentwood office
£12 per hour
Pro rata Holiday entitlement
The role responsibilities include: -
General administrative duties to include answering telephones, taking messages and filing.
Ensuring property details are typed accurately and placed live on the property portals.
Ensuring window displays are kept up to date.
Using computer and Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel
Copy typing and some audio typing.
Ensuring pipeline files are kept compliant and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes, and experience: -
Ideally (not essential) have previous experience within Estate Agency as Administrator/Secretary
Ability to work unsupervised and part of a close-knit team.
MUST have previous skills in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
MUST have ability to type accurately and quickly.
Ideally have excellent telephone manner and able to remain calm in a very busy office environment.
MUST be well presented and enthusiastic.
Ideally live no more than 10 miles from Brentwood High Street
MUST have driving licence and use of own car.
