Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Newmarket

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and ambitious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a very successful Estate Agency branch in Newmarket.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced, motivated, and welcoming team of property professionals within Residential Sales & Lettings.

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Negotiator to become an essential part of a Residential Sales team.

The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator package:

  • Basic Salary of £20,000pa

  • Office commission taking the OTE to £26,000pa

  • Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with one Saturday every 3 weeks (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), and a day off in lieu for Saturday work.

The successful Estate Agency candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in Estate Agency is essential

  • A self-motivated and collaborative approach, thriving as part of a dynamic team.

  • The ability to manage a varied and rewarding workload, effectively organising tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

  • Proficiency in IT, with a keen interest in adapting to evolving technology.

  • A welcoming demeanour and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.

  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.

  • Full Uk driving licence and own vehicle

Main purpose / scope of the Estate Agency role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings

  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process

  • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships

  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner

  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face

  • Leading negotiations and agreeing on sales
