Our clients are a very successful Estate Agency business that have been established over 25 years based in West Byfleet, Surrey.

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Administrator for their busy and successful branch.

On offer is: -

The role responsibilities include: -

General administrative duties to include answering telephones, taking messages and filing.
Completing property brochures
Ensuring property details are typed accurately and placed live on the property portals.
Ensuring window displays are kept up to date.
For sale board ordering
Stationary ordering
Using computer and Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel
Copy typing and some audio typing.
Ensuring pipeline files are kept compliant and accurate.
Assisting social media manager in using up to date content

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes, and experience: -

MUST have previous experience in using Estate Agency CRM system Reapit
Ability to work unsupervised and part of a close-knit team.
MUST have previous skills in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
MUST have ability to type accurately and quickly.
Ideally have excellent telephone manner and able to remain calm in a very busy office environment.
MUST be well presented and enthusiastic.
MUST have driving licence and use of own car.
