Senior Lettings Negotiator Southend Essex

Our clients are a one branch privately owned Estate Agency and Lettings business that have been established for over 15 years in the seaside City of Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

A family run business with a close-knit team who deliver exceptional service to customers who are seeking to either let their property in and around Southend, Essex.

They are a very busy office and are seeking to expand their team to deal with the increase in current enquiries.

As an experienced Estate Agency Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) you will enjoy the following:

• A basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on previous experience.

• A commission package that is uncapped and we would expect you to be earning around £30,000-£35,000 per annum in your first year.

• Guaranteed commission for the first 3-4 months on top of your basic salary whilst you build your own pipeline and to support your current earnings.

• A five-day working week to include every Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week

• Holidays – 20 days plus Bank Holidays

• Working directly with the owners of the business and working within a friendly and close-knit team who all support each other to maximise business.

We are seeking a candidate who the following current experience, skills, and attributes:

• MUST have a minimum of one years’ experience in letting property as a Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent)

• Have a track record of successfully letting homes.

• Must have a full UK driving license and own car for business.

• Be very well presented and able to confidently deal with Landlords and Tenants both face to face and over the telephone.

• Be able to accompany Tenants on viewings.

• Be able to negotiate offers and tie up lets in a professional and confident way.

• MUST be totally customer focused and continue the reputation of the business within Southend.

• Be proactive and ambitious to grow your career with this great business.
