Sales Progressor Benfleet Essex
Our clients are an award-winning, privately-owned Estate Agency business that have been established for over 25 years in the lovely town of Hadleigh, Benfleet Essex.
A family run business with a close-knit team who deliver exceptional service to customers who are seeking to either sell or let their property in and around Benfleet, Essex.
We are now seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their busy Estate Agency team.
Basic Salary: £25,000pa
On Target Earnings: £30,000 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.45am - 6pm
The Role:
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary timeframes
Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
Working to targets and goals
Delivering a high level of customer service
Supporting the sales team as necessary
The ideal candidate:
Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or
Experienced in estate agency sales
Previous estate agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working?
An already experienced PA or Team Administrator
A Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator
Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors
Or a Sales Administrator already, looking for more of a challenge
We need you to be:
An excellent communicator, both over the phone and with written correspondence
Excellent with IT
Customer service skills that are second to none and able to work as part of the team
Ability to build rapport with clients
Confident, resilient and have a “can-do” attitude
Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
Professional and able to work under pressure
