As an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) you will enjoy the following: -
A basic salary of up to £22,500 per annum depending on previous experience.
An office commission package that is uncapped and we would expect you to be earning around £40,000 per annum in your first year which is payable from the start of your employment.
Car allowance on offer
Other additional benefits to include phone allowance and petrol allowance
A five-day working week to include every Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week

Pension
Holidays – 20 days plus Bank Holidays
You will have following current experience, skills and attributes: -
MUST have a minimum of one years’ experience in selling property as a Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)
Have a track record of successfully selling homes.
Must have a full UK driving license and own car for business.
Be very well presented and able to confidently deal with Vendors and Buyers both face to face and over the telephone.
Be able to accompany buyers on viewings.
Be able to negotiate offers and tie up house sales in a professional and confident way.
MUST be totally customer focused and continue the reputation of the business within Leigh on Sea
