Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Ely Cambridge

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for our clients Estate Agency business in Ely Cambridge.

The Sales Negotiator Package:

• Basic Salary up to £28,000pa (depending on experience)

• OTE up to £31,000pa

• 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with entitlement increasing with length of service

• All offices shut down over Christmas and the New Year

The job role will include but not be limited to:

• Dealing with general enquiries

• Arranging and conducting viewings

• Arranging market appraisals

• Obtaining viewing feedback

• Negotiating sales

• Liaising with vendors

• Sales progression when necessary

• General administrative tasks

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

• A desire to provide excellent client care

• Ability to work well within a team

• A high level of attention to detail

• Experience within an estate agency sales negotiator role

• Friendly and honest personality and a strong work ethic

• Determination to succeed and not settle for second best

• Be able to work well within a busy environment

A full UK driving licence and own car are essential

Working 5 days a week, working every other Saturday with a day off lieu.
