Float Lettings Consultant Essex

We have an exciting opportunity for a Float Lettings Consultant to join our clients award winning Lettings team covering Braintree, Colchester, Dunmow, Maldon and Witham in Essex.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary is between £19,000 - £20,000 pa, depending on relevant experience

Hours of Work:

Full time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (you will have a day off during the week when working a Saturday). Our branch opening hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Friday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.

• Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.

• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

• Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.

Requirements:

• Previous industry experience preferred, but not essential as full training provided. However, all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a competitive customer focused environment.

• Enthusiastic and competitive.

• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.

• IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly

• Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
