Estate Agent Administrator Haverhill
A great opportunity has arisen at our clients Estate Agency Haverhill Office for a Part-time Administrator who will work alongside the fast growing Residential Sales & Lettings Team.
Working alongside and supporting the Haverhill Residential Sales & Lettings team, this role would be perfect for someone with solid all round administration experience and someone that thrives on a varied and busy workload.
Hours of work 20-24 hours per week, initially office based but home working would be considered once fully trained in the role.

What will it take to be successful?
Able to undertake administrative work accurately and in a methodical way
Self-motivated and someone that also enjoys working as part of a team
Ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise a varied workload
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to speak to people face to face and over the telephone clearly and concisely
Experience of working within a customer focused environment
Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Highly confidential and professional
What will you be doing?
Working alongside the Haverhill Residential Sales & Lettings Team, you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties, manage your own workload and support the team with their admin needs.
Main purpose/scope of the role:
Answering and directing telephone calls and processing email enquiries
Entering and recording data
Maintaining databases
Producing sales brochures and reports for marketing
Raising invoices to clients
Chasing overdue invoices in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all internal system
Preparing accurate letters
Managing diaries and booking appointments
Arranging meetings
Providing general administrative support
