Commercial Property Manager & Administrator Cambridge

We are looking for a Full Time Commercial Property Manager and Team Administrator based at our client’s Cambridge office.

What will it take to be successful?

Ambitious with a genuine desire to provide a high standard of customer service when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Have the ability to multi-task and deal with a high volume of work. Proven track record in a customer services role and experience in Property Management, ideally in a Commercial environment.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong communication skills / written and verbal

  • Ability to meet multiple demands and deadlines

  • High level of accuracy

  • Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members

  • Good overall level of education

  • Working knowledge of Propman or other property management software would be desirable

  • Full driving licence with use of own car which is insured for business use.

What will you be doing?

Providing administrative support to a close-knit team of surveyors. Dealing with day to day issues, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high standard of customer care.

Main purpose/scope of the role:

  • Administrative support to the Commercial professional and management team

  • Updating and maintaining property records on the Propman database

  • Fulfilling and recording Anti-Money Laundering requirements

  • Maintaining and updating contractor lists

  • Maintaining paper files

  • Organising routine visit reports for surveyors and maintaining property visit database

  • Communicating with clients / tenants on a daily basis

  • Dealing with maintenance issues in accordance with the surveyor's instructions

  • Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries on a day to day basis

  • Full time working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
