This Estate Agency Call Centre requires an experienced Assistant Manager to run a successful Team in Medway in Kent.

The Centre not only responds to customer enquiries, but also helps generate property valuations and other business opportunities such as financial services, conveyancing and lettings.

You will be supporting your very experienced Centre Manager who has been with the business for well over 5 years, so what she doesn’t know really isn’t worth knowing!

You will be helping our customers, helping our branches, helping our colleagues to all work towards the same goal of being the best we can be.

The Assistant Manager Package:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 plus commission. OTE £30,000-35,000

  • Location: Medway City Estate

  • Hours: 08.30am – 6pm

The Role:

  • Ideally have worked in estate agency with some experience of managing and motivating a team

  • Ideally you will have worked as a Team Leader in a similar sales and customer service environment.

  • You will be commercially aware with the ability to drive the business forward and add value.

  • A previous proven sales career

  • The ability to coach and motivate people at pace is key

  • With strong target management in a fun and happy atmosphere.

You need to:

  • Genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether it be customer or colleague you will be the kind of person that loves seeing your influence bear success

  • Work hard, set an example, always be professional, and generate enthusiasm and motivation within your team

  • Have confidence, resilience and enjoy creating healthy and fun competition with your colleagues

  • Have truly exceptional customer service with a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to build rapport

The purpose of the centre is:

  • Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs

  • Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your lettings or financial services colleagues

  • To work towards set performance targets in line with business strategy and goals

  • Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move
