Branch Manager Colchester up to £65k pa OTE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager to join a very established team in Colchester, Essex.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary up to £30,000pa
Typical OTE of £60,000 to £65,000 pa

Duties (including but not limited to):
Leading and developing a team of Property Consultants.
Fostering a high-performance culture, working towards both individual and branch targets.
Identifying training and development needs, conducting monthly one to ones and coaching.
Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions
Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
Sales progression
Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record of valuations and winning instructions.
You will have proven management and leadership skills in a similar role.
Full UK Driving License
Self-motivated and target driven
Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills.
Hours:
The branch opening hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5:30pm, Friday and 8.30am to 5.00pm, Saturday.
This is a full time, permanent position, working five days per week.
Please note you will be required to work Saturdays with a day off during the week, wherever possible, Saturdays will be worked on a rotational basis, subject to suitable cover.
