Mortgage Administrator Chelmsford
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join our clients Mortgage Service Centre based at their Head Office in Chelmsford, Essex.

Salary £18,000 to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Duties:
Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on application status, progress mortgages through to offer stage, and liaising with solicitors until completion.
Processing incoming mail, managing the central inbox and handling telephone enquiries.
Work closely with our Mortgage Advisors, Financial Advisors and Sales teams.
Keeping clients updated and informed of the progress and any potential challenges.
You may occasionally be required to visit the branch network around the County and offer support to Advisors in the field.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Well organised
Confident, outgoing, and personable
Good communication skills both orally and in written format
The ability to manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
