Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Newmarket, Suffolk

We are looking for a Full Time Estate Agent Sales Negotiator who would be based at our clients Newmarket office, working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of property professionals within Residential Sales.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a driven Sales Negotiator who will be an integral member of the Sales Team.

Full training and support will be provided so previous experience in an Estate Agents office is not essential.

You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu.

  • Experience in customer facing roles

Main purpose / What will you be doing?

Offering a welcoming and first-class service to clients and working closely with the team to negotiate property sales.

Main purpose of the role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants

  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings

  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner

  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and face to face

  • Leading onto negotiating and agreeing property sales
