We are looking for a Full Time Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator who would be based at our clients Cambridge office, working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of Property Professionals within Residential Sales.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a driven Senior Sales Negotiator who will be an integral member of the Sales Team.

You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu.

The Package:

  • Basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum (possibly more for the right candidate)

  • Healthy commission scheme which is office based and with realistic on target earnings of £45,000 per annum uncapped.

  • Car allowance – negotiable with the candidate on interview.

  • Guaranteed commission is available for the first 3-4 months to ensure that you do not see a reduction in your earnings whilst building your own pipeline of sales. This is negotiable at offer stage.

  • 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with entitlement increasing with length of service

What will it take to be successful?

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in Estate Agency, selling property

  • Able to confidently deal with Vendors and Purchasers both face to face and on the telephone

  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team

  • Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise the team’s workload to meet multiple deadlines

  • Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology

  • Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members

  • Must be well-presented, articulate, and ambitious to grow your career within Estate Agency.

  • A passion for property is a must and you will get a real boost when you secure a dream home for your buyers.

  • Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.

What will you be doing?

Offering a welcoming and first class service to our clients and working closely with the team to negotiate sales.

Main purpose / scope of role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings

  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner

  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and face to face

  • Leading onto negotiating and agreeing sales

  • Sales Progression

  • Diary Management
