Senior Property Consultant - Writtle Essex - up to £40k pa OTE
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Consultant for a well established estate agency team in Writtle Essex.
On Offer is :-
A basic salary of up to £23,000 - £24,000 pa depending on experience
The realistic on-target earnings £37,000-£40,000 pa
End of year discretionary profit share bonus
An attractive car allowance/company car
Defined career progression based on performance and attitude
A five-day working week to include Saturdays and one full day off during the week

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
Previous experience in Estate Agency
A proven track record of Valuing, listing and selling property to a high level
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a large team
Ambitious, motivated and target-driven
Well presented
Ability to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently
Able to confidently communicate with vendors and purchasers over the telephone and face to face
MUST hold a full and clean UK driving licence
The Role:
Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors
Develop engaging client relationships
Undertake valuations and securing new instructions
Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
Working closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors
Support cross selling activity, similarly with the internal lettings team
