Our clients are a family-run Estate Agency business that have been established for over 15 years in Leigh-on-Sea Essex and are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager.

On offer is:-

  • Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

  • Pension

  • Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

  • Skeleton staff between Christmas and New Year

  • Social engagements throughout the year

  • Company Laptop and mobile issued

  • Free parking

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and attributes: -

  • MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within Residential Property Management

  • MUST have own car

  • Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential

  • Have a good telephone manner

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Have a natural flair for problem solving

  • Able to deal with multiple tight deadlines
