Estate Agent Billericay part time
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to work part time up to three days per week including a full day on a Saturday to help out with viewings, negotiating and agreeing offers.
They are very flexible with the days you can work during the week but MUST include every Saturday.
Our clients have been established for over 50 years and are an award-winning Estate Agency business dealing with selling and letting property.
On offer is:
Hourly rate paid at £13-15 per hour
Free parking
Pro rata holidays
MUST have own car and business mileage paid by the employer.
Role responsibilities:
Taking prospective buyers on viewings and showing them around property in and around the lovely town of Billericay
Negotiating offers and agreeing house sales
Able to confidently communicate with buyers and sellers both in person and over the telephone
Be well presented.
Good with IT and Microsoft applications
Essential Requirements:
MUST have previous experience within Estate Agency
MUST have your own vehicle for business use.
