Senior Sales Negotiator Leigh on Sea Essex

We are seeking an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join a very successful one branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings company that have been established over 20 years in the lovely town of Leigh on Sea, Essex.

You will have over one years’ experience in successfully selling property within an Estate Agency environment and looking to join an expanding business who will train you how to Value and List property and develop your career.

On Offer is:

• Basic salary £22,500 per annum

• Office commission giving you £18,000 per annum in commission earnings taking on target earnings to over £40,000 per annum.

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 8,45am – 6pm – Saturday 9am – 5pm – with day off in lieu during the week every week

• Free parking

• Pension

• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

• £100 per month petrol allowance

• £20 per month mobile phone allowance

• Train to become a Valuer and Lister

Skills and Attributes required:

• MUST have own car for use at work to conduct viewings.

• MUST have a minimum of one years’ experience in successfully selling property.

• Able to negotiate and agree offers.

• Confident and well presented.

• Able to confidently speak to both Vendors and Purchasers.

• Ambitious and sales focused.

• Able to work towards targets.
