Senior Sales Negotiator Southend
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent who is looking for progression into Valuer and Assistant Manager.
Our client is a well-known independent Agent in Southend with an enviable reputation delivering world class service.
Initially starting as a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will have a demonstrable record of selling property to a good level and keen to train in valuing and listing property for sale.
On offer is:
Basic salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Office commission taking OTE to circa £40,000 pa uncapped.
Car Allowance on offer to use your own car.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5pm – day off given in lieu of working every Saturday.
