Senior Sales Negotiator Ely Cambridge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced and driven Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator who will be an integral member of the Sales Team in Ely Cambridge.

You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu.

The Senior Sales Negotiator Package:

  • Basic Salary £30,000pa with an OTE of £36,000pa

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency in a Sales Negotiator role is essential

  • Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise the workload to meet multiple deadlines

  • Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology

  • Self-motivated individual who also enjoys working as part of a team

  • A desire to provide excellent client care with a high level of attention to detail

  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.

What will you be doing?

Offering a welcoming and first class service to our clients and working closely with the team to negotiate sales.

Main purpose / scope of role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings

  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner

  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and face to face

  • Negotiating and agreeing sales

  • Sales Progression when necessary

  • Arranging market appraisals.
