We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent – Senior Sales Negotiator for an independent Agent in Billericay who are able to provide a progressive career path.

They are seeking to expand their friendly and proactive experienced team and are seeking an ‘hungry’ Estate Agent who can demonstrate a good record in selling exceptional homes. The progression opportunities for this role are exceptional – they will train you how to value and bring properties to the market in a professional manner with future progression to Assistant Manager of the office.
On offer is:
Basic salary of £20,000 per annum.
Generous Personal commission taking the on-target earnings to circa £40,000pa uncapped.
Guaranteed commission package agreed for the six months on employment.
Hour of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm Saturday 9am – 4pm – day off given in lieu of working Saturdays
No Sundays or bank holidays
Free parking
Holidays: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays – after one years’ service provided with additional holidays over the Christmas period.
Business mileage paid.
Skills and Attributes required:
MUST have own vehicle for business use.
Ideally have at least 1 years experience in selling property successfully.
Be able to demonstrate a good history in successfully selling homes.
Be tenacious, ambitious to grow your career.
