Sales Progressor Addlestone Surrey
If you are looking to work in an exciting Estate Agency business, we would love to hear from you as a full time experienced Sales Progressor.
We are happy to consider hybrid working after one month working within the office and the successful candidate would be asked to attend the office, to partake in meetings and to ensure they have the support and training they need to carry out the role.
The Sales Progressor Package and Benefits:
Basic salary £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Monthly bonus scheme taking the on target earning to £35,000 pa
Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch - Monday to Friday
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Hybrid working being offered after an initial one months working within the office getting to know the team and system - this will be reviewed at 4 weeks and hybrid working being offered for 2-3 days per week at home and 2-3 days per week in the office (probably including a Friday).
You will be offered a laptop and mobile phone to work from home.

The Sales Progressor experience required:
Previous experience in a Sales Progressor role within an Estate Agency environment or relevant experience is essential.
Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team
Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise workload to meet multiple deadlines
Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology
Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members
What will you be doing?
You will have a key role in the team and be responsible for ensuring the sale of the homes we sell progress in a timely manner.
You will be passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients and ensuring they are always kept up to date with regards to the sale of their home, helping to assist with any issues that arise.
Main purpose/scope of the Sales Progressor role:
Work closely with vendors, buyers and solicitors to ensure sales progress as quickly as possible
Maintain regular contact with the client, always providing a welcoming and high level of customer care
Tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline
Regular report progress to the Sales Manager
Managing all necessary paperwork to ensure the firm remains compliant at all time
