Corporate Client Account Manager Medway Kent

Our client’s estate agency Corporate Sales Department is a central team who are the main point of contact for their corporate clients.

They oversee the sales teams in the local offices in securing property viewings, obtaining reliable valuations, delivering reports and maintaining service standards.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: £22,500

  • On Target Earnings: £29,000

  • Location: Medway City Estate

  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday – 09.00 – 17.30

What does it involve?

  • Use internal database (Full training provided).

  • Take instructions to market from clients and pass to branches.

  • Follow up on weekly updates liaising with clients and branches, group partners and operations directors if needed.

  • Marketing updates and reviews to clients.

  • Negotiating on all offers with clients and buyers, updating branches regularly. Including managing best offer scenarios.

  • Assisting buyers on the buying process as all clients are managed differently. Regular contact is extremely important.

  • Dealing with day-to-day requests and varying issues from clients, branches and buyers

  • Assist on sales progression with sales progressors for the client and branches if needed.

  • Action price reductions and update all associated marketing platforms.

  • Deal with emails in a timely manner.
