Estate Agent Sales Manager Leigh on Sea Essex
Our clients are a private and independent Estate Agency and Lettings business that have been established over 20 years and dominate their marketplace both in Sales and Lettings.
They are on the hunt for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to join their hard-working team based at their office in Leigh-on-Sea Essex.
The business has had record-breaking success year-on-year and continue to dominate Leigh-on-Sea’s most superb properties by delivering exceptional customer-service to its customers.
The Sales Manager Role:
You will manage the sales team to include Senior Sales Negotiators and Administrators and be responsible for valuing and listing property across Leigh on Sea, Chalkwell, Westcliff on Sea and Southend on Sea.
The Package:
A basic salary of up to £35,000pa is on offer plus
Office commission package of £31,500 per annum based on this years’ performance.
On target earnings of £60-70,000 per annum based on this year’s actual performance
28 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays.

Requirements from the candidate:
You must have previous experience in Valuing and Listing property within Essex and ideally previously managed a small team.
Due to the location of the office, candidates MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and own car.
Candidate MUST have excellent customer-service skills, both written oral.
Candidate MUST work well both as part of a team and on their own.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6pm
Saturdays 9am – 5pm – when you work a Saturday you will be given a day off in lieu during the same week
