Lettings Negotiator Leigh-on-Sea Essex

Our clients are a private and independent Estate Agency and Lettings business in Leigh-On-Sea that have been established over 20 years and dominate their marketplace both in Sales and Lettings.

They are on the hunt for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their hard-working team based at their office in Leigh.

The business has had record-breaking success year-on-year and continue to let and manage Leigh-on-Sea’s most superb properties by delivering exceptional customer-service to its customers.

You may have a years’ experience within Residential Lettings and are looking to work for an excellent boutique Estate Agency brand who offer an un-rivalled career path.

Our clients are extremely busy, and we require someone that can work under pressure but who is calm and professional.

The Lettings Negotiator Package:

• A basic salary of £21,000-£24,000pa plus commission depending on your experience at interview.

• Uncapped commission scheme – the more successful you are the more you earn.

• You are expected to earn £30,000-£35,000pa in your first year.

• 5 day working week.

• 28 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays.

Lettings Negotiator requirements :

• You must have previous work experience within a Residential Lettings environment.

• Ideally you would have previous experience in listing property to let.

• Candidates MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and their own car.

• Candidates MUST be fluent in I.T software such as a Microsoft Packages.

• Candidate MUST have excellent customer-service skills, both written oral.

• Candidate MUST work well both as part of a team and on their own.

• Able to confidently deal with Landlords and Tenants

• Well-presented and career focused.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and working Saturdays 9am – 4pm – you will receive one day’s holiday during the week to ensure you only ever work a five-day week.
