Estate Agency Social Media and Marketing Administrator Leigh on sea Essex

Our clients are a leading independent Estate Agent in Leigh-on-Sea providing property Sales and Lettings services for the town and the surrounding areas.

You will be based the Sales Office and this role is perfect for a candidate who can provide accurate and timely administrative support and enjoys variation in their work.

You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, a strong team player and will have excellent administration and organisation skills.

Previous experience within an administration/customer service role is desired and a professional, friendly telephone manner is key.

You will have ideally previous experience in Social Media management, photography and completing house floor plans.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary £27,500 per annum

  • 5 day working week to include working Saturdays with a day off during the week

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Take photos of new properties on the market

  • Complete floor plans for each property

  • Ensure videos are completed for each property

  • Manage social media channels for the business advertising property

  • Enter correct details relating to properties, vendors and buyers in the office CRM system.

  • Prepare brochures with photos and excellent written descriptions.

  • Keep records, computerised and manual, up to date and available to other members of staff (filing, associated document processing tasks, etc.).

  • General administration to include writing emails and communicating with buyers and vendors

  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties.

  • Provide telephone, email and office reception duties for clients contacting the business.

  • Manage the office inbox/diary, booking viewings and valuation appointments.

  • Conduct property viewings.

  • Participate in the ring round for clients matched by the CRM system for properties of interest to them which are available for viewing.

  • Ensure you are aware of the responsibilities and duties of other members of staff to provide support and assistance as business needs dictate.

  • Complete money laundering checks for clients.

  • Involvement in managing the website/social medial profiles.

  • Carry out ad hoc other duties as may be required from time to time.

All members of staff contribute to the success of the company and, to ensure an even workload, certain tasks and responsibilities are allocated to specific roles.

However, there are many shared duties, and all members of staff are expected to support and assist each other as time and needs dictate.
