Estate Agent Branch Manager West Kingsdown Sevenoaks
We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager for a busy branch based in WEST KINGSDOWN in Sevenoaks.
The Branch Manager Package:
Basic Salary: £30,000 pa
On Target Earnings: £45,000 - £50,000 pa
Company Car or car Allowance (up to £4,000pa)
5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, extra day’s holiday for your birthday.
Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives,

The Branch Manager Job:
In providing that personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice, you help make sure our customers get the best possible service at all times
Managing your own business both in relation to profitability and business development
Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
Motivate, inspire, and manage your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
Work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
The Branch Manager Person:
Experience as a Branch Manager in Estate Agency is essential
Manage, motivate and inspire your Estate Agency team
A fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
Able to demonstrate great leadership and adaptability towards the teams you work with
Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm!
Getting stuck in and making things happen !
You will be the type of person that has a genuine interest in people and helping them on their forwards journey and seeing their eyes light up when they secure their perfect home!
You will need a great work ethic and matching values with heaps of positivity and energy.
A full UK driving licence
